This apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a two storey house where the owners reside on the ground floor.

There is a large lounge and kitchen, and both the spacious double bedrooms have fully fitted ensuite bathrooms
The compact balcony has a ceiling fan and light plus there is full use of the vast flat roof for sitting out on those balmy nights

All rooms are fitted with at least one large ceiling fan and all the large windows have fly screens with steel amplimesh security grids fitted hence the windows can be left open all the time which allows a gentle refreshing light breeze to flow through the apartment.

Hi Guys, I have built this website to show our appreciation for being able to rent this property and to assist in the renting of the property.
Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Calangute with the associated honking of horns, and the constant noise, is great.
Hotels are not our thing anyway as they are so impersonal and do not have any facilities to cook nor space and peace to chillout.
Mary & I are sure you will enjoy your stay here because apart from the comments above, it is easy to get a bus close by to Baga Beach, and the others and also Mapusa.
